What do you do as an Interim Improvement Consultant?

Actually legal job hopping. No kidding. You’re going to do different assignments. These assignments last an average of nine months. Together with you, we will look for the most challenging assignment. The assignments are tailored to your level of expertise. Truly customized.

The variety within clients and assignments is wide. It ranges from leading a project to fulfilling a capacity issue. You get to know different organizational structures and cultures. And your network within supply chain and operations grows. Through a combination of these factors, you will develop yourself like a rocket.

 

Working, learning and continuous improvement

And as an interim professional, you will also have a master class in the area of Supply Chain & Operations once every three months. You attend this master class together with all the other interim professionals. This is how you build a network. You learn from each other. And, of course, we have a good time.

 

What do you own?

  • A completed college/university degree in logistics, supply chain management, (technical) business administration or operations management;
  • You are a starter;
  • You possess a healthy amount of curiosity;
  • You don’t shy away from a challenge;
  • You are willing to travel up to one hour from your place of residence;
  • You largely recognize yourself in; proactive, persistent, results-oriented and analytical.
