You’ll explore various business directions, from HR to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics, to discover what suits you best. All this is combined with a focus on IT. Why? Because IT plays a crucial role in daily business operations, intertwining with all domains in
organizations. Having knowledge and skills in IT significantly boosts your prospects in the job market.

Deep dive into SAP
Our IT focus involves SAP, the world’s most widely used business software. Companies like Hema, Heineken, ASML, Deloitte, KLM, and Nationale Nederlanden utilize this software. SAP isn’t just intriguing for technical graduates; it’s also valuable for those with business-related studies. SAP revolves around optimizing business processes in logistics, HR, sales, marketing, finance, management information, and procurement. Over 77% of global business processes rely on an SAP system. You become highly sought after as a young, talented consultant with SAP and related business process knowledge.

What can you achieve with the traineeship?
Hundreds of talented young trainees have gone before you. They’ve been guided toward careers as consultants in various fields, business analysts, BI specialists, developers, or other roles. For instance, you might delve into developing new healthcare applications, automating warehouses with robotics, or implementing new processes in a finance department. You choose the career that resonates with you!
But does it stop there? No, many of our trainees progress to different roles in three to five years, such as team leaders, managers, or even entrepreneurs. The sky’s the limit!

What does the traineeship entail?
When you join iTrainee, you embark on a challenging education. In the initial three months, you undergo SAP training guided by experienced trainers. This aligns well with your recent studies. You’ll grasp the business side of IT and gain technical experience with the software. Additionally, you’ll refine your soft skills—consultancy skills vital for teamwork, giving feedback, persuading, and planning & organizing—essential in the workplace or with clients.

Matching & specialization
Perfect matching is our priority! Throughout the traineeship, we seek an employer aligned with your preferences. We consider your dream job, location, industry, direction, and, of course, the company culture that suits you best. Upon finding a match and mutual interest, we create an education plan with your employer. Depending on your role, you’ll specialize in a particular direction. During this phase, you’ll learn the nuances of the job. This trajectory varies slightly for each trainee. Some roles may require additional certifications. Once you’ve completed your specialization, you’ll work full-time at your assigned company for the remainder of your 15-month traineeship.

Not just for IT experts
You’ve earned your bachelor’s or master’s degree successfully. It’s also beneficial if you’ve studied business, finance, logistics, or organizational studies. Specific IT background isn’t necessary for our traineeship. While it’s advantageous, a strong inclination towards the beta field and interest in IT are more crucial. We’ll assess you beforehand to ensure you possess the necessary capabilities for the program and the motivation to work in IT. We’ll
handle the rest of the training.
