Traineeship Supply Chain – “Logistics at full potential!”

Ready to lead the future? Have you recently obtained your Bachelor or Master? Are you ready to start your career, preferably within a fast-growing, international organization? Then the traineeship within GXO is the perfect first step for you! You can start from today until September 01 at the latest. From September 2025 the program will start.

As a trainee at GXO you will start with a group of fellow trainees on a 1,5 year adventure in which you will work on 3 projects of 6 months each. Think for example of a Team lead role within one of our operations or a more specialized project towards inventory control or engineering.

Besides your daily work there are about 10 moments this year where you and your group come together to follow various courses and trainings. These include LEAN raining, leadership training, Operational Excellence and various training and coaching moments for your personal development.

And after this period? First, we will celebrate together that you have successfully completed the traineeship. Then, together with you, we will look at the various options within GXO to take the next step in your career. Your manager, mentor and HR will guide you in making the choice that suits you best.

What can you expect from us?

• A starting salary of €3250,- gross a month, travel allowance, incentive after successful
  completion of the program, vacation allowance, laptop and phone;
• A challenging traineeship where you can develop yourself ‘on-the-job’as well as by following 10+ internal and external trainings together with your group of fellow trainees;
• Besides your manager, you will be assigned a mentor. He/she will be there for you during the whole year and will support you when necessary to make sure you can get the most out of the traineeship;
• Access to the GXO-University and Skillsoft where you can follow various trainings and courses 24/7;
• A varied role within an international, fast-growing organization where there is
  room for development and where your ideas are listened to.

What do you bring?

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic Engineering, Logistics Management or similar;
• You are ambitious, eager to learn and a go-getter;
• You have good communication skills, at least in English;
• You are flexible to travel within the assigned Business Unit by car or public transport.
• You are available to start no later than 01 September – earlier is possible of course!
