An educational institution provides shortened, part-time MBO courses in education, childcare or youth care in various cities in the Netherlands. The company has ambition to expand, however, there is no strategy yet. Therefore, UniPartners Eindhoven is assigned to assist the company in determining their strategy by executing a target group research and a satisfaction research.

Project description

This newest project will be the perfect summer job for a student, which has affection with marketing and data-analytics! It has a total workload of 64 hours, meaning 8 hours per week for 8 weeks.

As a student consultant you will work on two parts:

1. Target group research: the database of this educational institution consists of a lot of information about current students. It is up to you to convert this database into a filtered Excel file, after which you will analyze it and outline various personal details.
2. Satisfaction survey: this part also consists of 2 parts:
   1. Setting up and analyzing a survey among students at the educational institution.
   2. Conducting interviews with students of the educational institution.

 Eventually, you will draw a joint conclusion in which you map out the satisfaction and different target groups among the students. Ultimately, you will deliver a report containing a description of all your findings and an advice for an expansion strategy.

Requirements for students:

• Available for 8 weeks, 8 hours per week
• Affection with marketing
• Experience with working with Excel
• Skilled in data-analytics
