In addition to your work you will take a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training course. This way, you will continue to develop your specialist and personal professional skills together with several fellow students.

Because we have confidence in your talent and ambition, we will immediately offer you an employment contract for an indefinite period. You will be employed by NextGen, we will second you to a client that suits you. In consultation with this client, you will be given responsibility for a challenging improvement project within the organisation.
