Management Traineeship

Your impact

As a management trainee, you add value to an organization through processes optimization, assisting in strategic and policy decisions, developing and leading improvement projects, and supporting the top layer within the organization. You are motivated to learn how to support organizations in efficient, sustainable, and socially responsible business practices.

We have clients in the Government, Healthcare, Mobility & Logistics, Retail & Consumer Goods; Manufacturing & High Tech sectors. You are responsible for:

• Customer satisfaction (target rating > 8.5);
• Developing new knowledge and products;
• Sales, selling yourself and your colleagues;
• Making a positive contribution to the performance and satisfaction of our entire team;
• Your own development.

We allocate 10% of your time to your development, providing the necessary courses and workshops under the guidance of experienced senior consultants. For our traineeship offer/program, click here.

Key qualifications?

• Completed (WO) Master’s degree;
• Entrepreneurial character;
• Analytical skills to extract valuable insights from data;
• Communication skills and the ability to advise and communicate effectively with clients;
• Proficiency in the Dutch language.
